All sites are monitored 24 hours a day and backed up daily. For added security, all sites designed by us, are stored and backed up on our systems. We do, however recommend backing up your site regularly yourself, in the event of a major disaster.
In most cases, we would look after all your hosting needs, however if you wish to control your own site, you can do so via the control panel, where you can add or remove email accounts, check traffic, as well as back up your site.
All hosting packages are Frontpage enabled, come with unlimited email aliases, auto-responders, anti-spam filters, and remote access to your emails.
